I took this on a recent trip to India. I was at Prayas Children's Home in Delhi, which houses 450 street children. The organization takes care of 50,000 street children throughout three states in India, getting them off the streets and out of exploitation. I was with a band who played for the children, and these boys were so happy. They didn't know the music, or understand the words, but they understood the fact that these strangers cared enough about them to visit, and the children were so happy. Most of the band cried that day, and I know it's a day that will stick in my heart.
thats an awesome picture..its great that you took the time to care for the kids..someone needs to show them that there is a bit of hope in the world..awesome!
